Making A Purchase
Simply locate the products you need either by folowing the navigation or searching for the product you need.

Then add the products to the shopping cart and click on the "checkout" button when out when you are ready to finalise and pay for your order.

Payments made online are made by a highly secure online Payment Service Provider and at no time do we store your card details.
Should we take payments via the telephone these are also processed using the same system which is highly secure and safe.

Shipping And Handling
We ship all products on a signed for service on the day of order (if that day is a working day and the order items are in stock).
The delivery service will be that selected during the ordering process.
Delivery Schedule
We will process your order without delay. We aim to despatch all orders that are recieved by 3pm and available from stock on the same day using the delivery service selected on the order.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we cannot despatch your order within 5 working days we will email you to let you know, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All orders will have VAT applied as required by the UK tax authorities. VAT is added for orders supplies to the UK at the prevailing rates.

Returns Policy
Returns from all customers must be agreed and arranged by giving writen notice to us as described below.
Under no circumstances should products be returned to us without receiving a returns agreement from us including the method and if appropriate address to which the return should be made.
We may ask consumers and business customers to pay for the cost of return at our sole discretion.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Sales to Consumers.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, including the cost of delivery of the order. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Sales to Businesses
The above terms relating to consumers and the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to contracts with businesses or proffesions.
Returns from businesses must be notified by email within 3 days of receipt of goods stating the reason for requesting the return.
